Pros:

• Useful organizational layout provides easy access to essentials
• Maintains Goruck's well known laptop compartment and harness
• Top loading layout provides a flexible volume that can expand or compress depending on what you are carrying
• Magnetic buckles for straps provide a secure hold and easy access

Cons:

• Side pockets eat into the main compartment's volume
• Zippered pocket under lid is not that easy to get into
