Quick look at my new everyday carry (edc) set up for Summer 2023 which are the items that I carry in my pockets on most days. I am constantly trying out new items and experimenting to see how minimal I can get my setup and these are some of the items I have come back to the most as of late.
In this video I will be walking through my “The Last of Us” Inspired Wardrobe and Go Bag setup. I really enjoyed the HBO adaptation of the popular video game and now that season 1 has concluded I figured this video could help fill the void and I have always enjoyed imagining what types of things characters in these worlds might carry with them for a dangerous adventure.
In this video we will be taking a look at 7 everyday carry flashlights (or torches) that I have enjoyed testing out. They came in a variety of form factors and price points and I hope the video can spark some inspiration for which might be best for your needs.
In this video I will finally be taking a look at the latest popular tech and edc organizer from Evergoods: the Civic Access Pouch 1L (CAP1). We will also be comparing it to another popular tech pouch from Goruck: the Wire Dopp. Both of these pouches offer a slimmer form factor that works well with a variety of everyday carry bags, if you are torn on which is better for you, hopefully this video can help!
In this video we will be taking a look at some awesome multi-purpose travel and edc accessories. It’s always awesome to save space and one way to do that is to get more out of the gear that you are carrying. This is where gear that can serve multiple purposes can really come in handy. If you are looking to get more out of your gear or some ideas on new items to add to your carry these will be some great options to check out!
For my last video of the year I thought it would be a good time to share some channel updates, talk through some of my favorite backpacks / gear, and give a brief preview of some of the bags I will be taking a look at in the new year.
Quick review of the Peak Design Mobile Wallet Stand which has quickly become one of my goto wallets due to its sleek form factor and aesthetic as well as some nice bonus features I hadn’t seen on other wallets. If you don’t mind a little extra heft this will be a great option to take a look at!
Review of the all-new Aer Packing Cubes and their Cardholder Wallet which are durable and useful accessories to keep your items organized and easy to find while you are on the road!
Review of the Aer Tech Folio which is a new minimalist tech organizer that has a sleek look, a nice organizational layout, and a solid build quality. If you have a more minimal edc and don't want to carry a full-fledged bag this may be a good option to check out!
Review of the Orbitkey Nest which is a unique alternative to many of the tech pouches and organizers that are currently on the market. It has an adjustable internal layout that reminds me of Marie Kondo organization and includes some nice bonuses such as a valet tray for your edc essentials.
