Review of the Aer Flight Pack 3 which improves upon the previous version in almost every way. The bag includes the same great build quality and organizational layout, and now has an improved harness system and laptop sleeve.

Pros:

• Improved harness system and back panel
• Suspended and well padded laptop sleeve
• Side handles have been updated to stick out less
• Same great build quality and weather resistance

Cons:

• Not great for bulkier items
• Pockets work better in backpack vs shoulder bag mode
