Review of the Nomatic x Peter McKinnon 25L Camera Pack which is a smaller version of the original Travel Pack collaboration. Peter McKinnon’s bags have been aimed at providing the organization and protection that photographers need and the flexibility to work with a variety of gear setups. Since I have a pretty minimal camera setup, I was curious how it would work as more of a tech and edc backpack. In this video we’ll see how it ends up doing!
Review of the CTB26 (Civic Transit Bag) codenamed Phoenix V2 which is a collaboration between Evergoods and Carryology. When I first saw this bag it seemed to check off all the boxes for what I look for in an ideal backpack and in this video I will be talking about how the bag lived up to my expectations.
Review of the updated Patagonia Mini MLC 26L which is a hybrid minimal travel / edc pack that can be used as a shoulder bag or backpack and offers a great organizational layout, a comfortable carry, and a versatile size. This bag manages to check off many of my must have features and has been one of my favorite bags of the year.
Review of the V.I.T.L. Cooling Backpack which is a modern tech backpack with some nice organizational options, plenty of space and an integrated back panel fan to help keep you cooler while you are on the go.
Review of the Solgaard Lifepack Endeavor (with Closet) which is an intriguing edc / tech bag that can expand to work as a travel backpack. Although the closet system leaves a bit to be desired the bag is packed with features and may be a great option for anyone who is looking for one bag that can do it all.
Review of the Osprey Proxima 30L Backpack which is a student and edc focused backpack that provides plenty of organizational options, space, and laptop protection for your daily essentials. If you are looking for a lighter weight backpack that can handle larger items such as textbooks this will be a great option to check out.
Review of the Peak Design 30L Travel Backpack which features a sleek aesthetic, a solid build quality, and a surprising amount of space. There are, however, a few tradeoffs that hold this back from being the ultimate minimal travel pack.
Review of the Vanquest Trident-21 (Gen 3) Backpack which is a rugged everyday carry pack that has comfortable harness system and enough organizational options to handle anything that you might need to carry with you on your day to day.
Review of the North Face Jester backpack which is a more budget friendly everyday bag that provides plenty of space, a suspended laptop sleeve and a very comfortable harness system. If you are looking for something solid under $100 this will be tough to beat.
